HOW FAR IS BOHO HOTEL & RESIDENCES FROM CANCUN AIRPORT?

We are located in Aldea Zama Tulum which is a 75-90 minute drive south from the airport. We offer transportation to and from the hotel, and can suggest several other options that will get you to us safely and quickly.

CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT ALDEA ZAMA?

Aldea Zama Tulum is a well developed residential neighborhood in a secured gated community. You will meet many residents from the US & Europe, and from other parts of Mexico who have chosen Aldea Zama to be their full time or vacation home.

HOW FAR IS BOHO HOTEL & RESIDENCES FROM THE BEACH AND TOWN?

It’s only five minutes by car/taxi in either direction or just a 15 minute bike ride on a lovely meandering and safe bike path.

DO I NEED TRANSPORTATION FOR MY STAY?

We offer free bicycle rental so you can enjoy wandering around town or the beach very easily, or visit a local cenote. If you are looking to go a little further afield and explore, we can direct you to car rentals in town, reliable taxi services and so on.

Three parties. The seller of the property is the Trustor, the bank is the Trustee (Fiduciario), and the buyer is the Beneficiary (Fideicomisario.)

HOW DOES THE TRUST FUNCTION?

The Title of the Tulum property for sale is transferred to a trust with a Mexican bank acting as Trustee. The Trust Agreement is formalized by the issuance of a permit from the Mexican Ministry of Foreign affairs. The lot or home buyer is designated as Beneficiary in the Trust and the beneficiary rights are recorded in the public record by a Notary Public.
